Delivery & Shipping

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Items must be in their original condition. Certain items including undergarments, sale items, and clearance products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once approved, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refund amount excludes original shipping costs in most cases.
